We have the tendency of limiting ourselves by our own perception of who we are and what we are capable of. Most of the time in our careers we are our own worst enemies.We hold ourselves back.

My manager was a bit upset and said: No, you don’t manage Latin America and Iberia because of your language skills, you manage them because of your problem solving skills and knowledge about the emerging markets."
